We have worked with Fingershield Safety (UK) for many years. In the early years we noticed a pattern of claims being submitted for children that had trapped their fingers in doors and these appeared to be on the increase. An existing customer recommended we contact Fingershield and a strong relationship between our two companies has since developed. They were the first company we approached to be a dot 2 dot partner. A 15% discount for all our customers was negotiated and we have been delighted with the service ever since.
As any claim involving a trapped finger will invariably be paid, dot 2 dot decided to make the fitting of fingershield devices compulsory. We are sure that the scheme and its members will benefit as claims of this nature have been eradicated.
